Everett Police traffic detectives are on the scene of a crash that sent two pedestrians to Providence Regional Medical Center Sunday evening. Details are still scarce as the investigation is in its early stages. Everett Police Spokesman Aaron Snell tells MyEverettNews.com two pedestrians were in the crosswalk at 5th avenue west and West Casino road around 7:45pm when they were both struck by a vehicle turning onto West Casino road. Snell says police have detained the driver and impounded the vehicle. No word yet on the extent of the injuries to the two pedestrians.
