For the second time in the last six weeks Everett fire crews have extinguished a fire at an old Motel at 12th and Broadway in north Everett. Crews were called shortly after 7pm to a report of flames. Arriving crews had to break through a fence surrounding the property. They were able to get a quick stop on the fire and investigators are on scene. We’ll have an update as more details become available. The earlier fire was a mattress outside of a room on December 12th that caused minor damage.
