Everett Fire Department crews responded at 5:28 a.m. to a reported fire in a vacant hotel near 12th and Broadway in Everett. Crews found a small fire and quickly extinguished it. No injuries were reported. Investigators on scene. Fire was in a mattress outside which spread to the exterior wall and then inside. Interior damage light.
