Shredding and cell phone recycling in Everett, WA

You can bring up to 3 boxes of documents and as many old cell phones as you have.

Claudia McClain and her staff are once again holding a sensitive document shredding and cell phone recycling event. Here’s what you need to know. Recycling sensitive papers and documents can be a chore, but not with McClain Insurance Services and the Better Business Bureau of Western Washington!

Citizens are invited to bring sensitive documents to a FREE on-site shredding event, hosted at the McClain Insurance office at 10410 19th Ave SE in Everett, WA (directly South of Costco) on Saturday, October 19th, 2013 from 9am until 1pm.

There will also be an opportunity for the public to recycle old mobile phones. Old cell & smart phones will be thoroughly wiped of all data and donated to Hopeline, a charitable service provided by Verizon to benefit victims of domestic violence.

Even though society is moving towards paperless procedures in home and business, printed documents still continue to clog mail boxes. Even a ‘simple’ document, such as a utility bill, contains personal information that can lead to identity theft crimes. Yet, purging files can be a confusing and overwhelming task. McClain Insurance Services is excited to serve the local community by hosting this FREE Shredding Event in cooperation with the Better Business Bureau! Don’t miss it!
