Another Shooting in Everett – Victim on Way to Harborview

Everett Police have confirmed that a person has been shot and is being transported to Harborview Hospital in Seattle with at least one gunshot wound. Aaron Snell tells MyEverettNews.com that police received multiple calls of shots fired about 8:50pm to the 3200 Block of 18th Street. Arriving officers found a person who had been shot. A search for a suspect was started. One person has been detained but it is unknown if that is the suspect. Not much more on this shooting so far. The investigation is just getting underway. More as it becomes available.

The shooting is at the same apartment complex where there was a stabbing with a machete. No indication that the two are in any way related as of yet.
