Free Movies at Silver Lake in South Everett

Cinema Under the Stars is back at Silver Lake Friday night.

The weather forecast looks promising as the City of Everett gears up for their annual “Cinema Under The Stars” outdoor movie series at Thornton A. Sullivan Park near Silver Lake.

McClain Insurance Services has been a proud sponsor of Everett’s “Cinema Under the Stars” for seven years.  This year, McClain Insurance, in collaboration with PEMCO Insurance and the famous “PEMCO WALLY Van” are inviting families to the Opening Night show of “The Pirates – Band of Misfits” on Friday, July 19th.

The McClain Insurance Protection Team will be there to hand out free gifts to young ‘sailors’ while the PEMCO WALLY team stands ready to take fun photos and provide instant free VIP passes for all attendees.

Pre-show entertainment by the Imagine Children’s Museum Arts and Crafts department will begin at 7:30pm, the movie is scheduled to begin at dusk.  Bring a blanket or camping chair, some snacks, and get ready for a fun family night out!

“It’s been so much fun to have this event take place right here in our Silver Lake neighborhood, and it’s been a privilege for our team to watch it grow.  We have fond memories of past nights at the movies with “Cinema Under the Stars!”  It’s something we look forward to every year,” says Claudia McClain, the owner of McClain Insurance Services.
