The Port of Everett has announced tours of Everett’s Working Waterfront will begin next month…

Entering its 5th season, the Port of Everett is partnering with the Everett Parks Department to offer free working waterfront harbor tours for interested community members. The series consists of four tours exploring the diverse waterfront.

During each tour, Port staff will host up to 60 guests on a ferry ride while providing a unique look at the Port’s diverse roles along the waterfront. Topics of discussion will include international trade, property development, marina facilities, public access amenities and environmental stewardship.

This season’s harbor tour dates include:

1. Thursday, July 25 from 6:30 p.m. – 7.30 p.m.

2. Thursday, August 8 from 6:30 p.m. – 7.30 p.m.

3. Thursday, August 15 from 6:30 p.m. – 7.30 p.m.

4. Thursday, August 22 from 6:30 p.m. – 7.30 p.m.

The ferry will board at the Port’s Boat Launch, located off 10th Street, 15-minutes before each set departure time.

Don’t wait to sign up. Space is limited, and children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. To check availability and make seat reservations, call the Jetty Island Kiosk at 425.257.8304.
