Some residents of the Westridge Mobile Home Park on Hardeson Road in south Everett were evacuated after a tree broke during some high winds Friday afternoon. The tree took out 3 high voltage power lines that run across the south end of the park. The lines came to rest over the top of three mobile homes. People in two of the homes were evacuated as a precaution. PUD crews were able to re-route power and there were no injuries or damage to the mobile homes. Neil Neroutsos from the Snohomish PUD says the event caused a temporary voltage drop at the Everett Boeing plant but full power was quickly restored.
