Everett Police Arrest Owner of Bikini Coffee Stands For Sexual Exploitation of a Minor

Everett Police say they arrested the owner of this stand today.

In the ongoing investigation of bikini barista stands violating Everett’s adult entertainment ordinances, 4 baristas, 3 adults and one minor have been arrested. Today Everett Police announced two more arrests. Here’s their press release:

At about 11:40 a.m. on March 6, 2013, Everett Police detectives arrested two men for Sexual Exploitation of a Minor, a class B felony under RCW 9.68A.040, in connection with the ongoing investigation of the Grab-N-Go coffee stands.

The first man, 29 year-old Bill D. Wheeler Jr. of Everett, is a co-owner of both businesses and has been booked into Snohomish County Jail. The second man, a 27 year-old co-owner of one of the businesses, was arrested and released. Criminal charges on the second man will be forwarded to the Prosecutor’s Office for review and he will not be identified until charges, if any, are filed.

Additionally, at about 3:00 p.m. on March 6, 2013, detectives executed search warrants at the two coffee stand locations (2030 Broadway Ave. and 333 SW Everett Mall Way) to collect evidence.
