Snohomish PUD has confirmed 14,000 people are without power in Everett. Neil Neroutsos at Snohomish PUD says three substations were knocked offline and Bonneville Power is working on it. There was also a blown transformer at 38th and Broadway. A reminder if you come to an intersection where the traffic lights are out it becomes a 3-way stop. Power is out in the area of the Everett Waterfront, Central Everett from 33rd south to the Silverlake area and in the Lowell and Valley View neighborhoods as well. No estimate of when power will be restored.
