Just got notice from the City of Everett: COLD WEATHER SHELTER: The Salvation Army at 2525 Rucker Avenue in Everett will be open as a Cold Weather Shelter tonight from 8 to 10 p.m. The Cold Weather Shelter will close at 7 a.m. tomorrow morning.
