Wednesday Update 5:00pm: Northline Sounder service between Seattle and Everett is canceled for Black Friday because of mudslides. No service had been scheduled on the Thanksgiving holiday 11/22.Service to resume Monday if no additional mudslides occur.

Mudslides causing interruptions for Sounder train service

Mudslides along the tracks have halted all Sounder train service between Seattle and Everett until Monday morning. Here’s the notice from Sound Transit

Northline Sounder service between Everett and Seattle is canceled for Friday, 11/23 the day after Thanksgiving due to a mudslide Wednesday morning.

We anticipate to resume regular Northline Sounder service on Monday, 11/26. However, due to the weekend forecast of additional rainfall please check the website for updates prior to you Monday morning commute.
