The Volunteers of America in Everett has come up with a great fundraiser this Friday and Saturday. Friday night the Food Bank at 13th and Broadway will be transformed into a Haunted Food Bank and then Saturday you’re invited to dress like a Zombie and join the Stumble Grumble 5K and walk from the Snohomish County Courthouse Plaza to the Haunted Food Bank and back. After the walk there will be live music from the band Tragedy Awaits Us All, food trucks the Mobile Lunch Box and Bite Me Cupcakes are also expected plus more fun, food and games. Boys and ghouls, ready for an exciting Halloween? Start with the Stumble Grumble and the Haunted Food Bank!

Stumble Grumble is a costume 5K happening on October 20, 2012 that will begin at the Snohomish County Courthouse, go to the food bank, and end at the courthouse. Early registration will give you a chance to have your name entered for cool prizes. Though walk-ins are also welcome!

Registration fees are $10 for adults, $5 for children, and free for 5 and under. The cost includes the walk fee and admission into the Haunted Food Bank. All proceeds will benefit the Everett Food Bank.

There will be a Monster Bash celebration held at the Courthouse Plaza after the walk. The Bash will include music, food, vendors, and fun presentations.
