Everett Sees 2nd Noontime Espresso Stand Robbery by Knife-Wielding Man in 4 Days

October 15, 2012

Everett, Police Blotter

EDITOR’S NOTE: This story has been updated with pictures of the suspect here.

Last Thursday My Everett News told you about the espresso stand robbery in the 2800 block of Hewitt Avenue. Today another espresso stand was robbed right around the noon hour. This espresso stand robbery took place at 41st and Hoyt. Everett police are looking for a suspect who was described as a male, tall with a ball cap, gray hoodie with a big Seahawks logo and a five o’clock shadow. Like the suspect in last week’s robbery he also had a knife. The description of last week’s suspect differed a bit from today’s and Everett Police Spokesman Aaron Snell says officers have not yet come to any conclusion on whether the two espresso stand robberies are related. In both cases a K-9 track was unsuccessful. As always, if you have any information you are asked to call the Everett Police Tip Line at (425) 257-8450.
