Got a crime tip for the Sheriff?

A man’s body was discovered earlier this morning near the intersection of Highway 99 and Russell Way in Everett.

Detectives with the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office do not believe at this time that this is a suspicious death.  A passer-by spotted the body in a ditch around 7 a.m. and a bicycle was found nearby.

Cause and manner of the man’s death, who is believed to be a 52 year-old whose last known city of residence was Bothell, will be determined by the Medical Examiner’s Office.

Additional information will be released as it becomes available.
