Work has finally begun on an indoor farmer’s market and mixed use development on Grand Avenue between Wall and Hewitt. Named Pagoda Village, it’s being developed by a company called Path America formerly known as Dargey Enterprises. Pedestrian Killed on I-5 in Everett

The Washington State Patrol is reporting that a pedestrian was hit and killed on I-5 near Dagmar’s Landing early Sunday morning.
