Three people were injured when a Honda Prelude and PT Cruiser crashed head on at the on-ramp to Southbound I-5 at Beverly Boulevard late Sunday afternoon. The driver of the Honda told me he was going northbound when the PT Cruiser turned right in front of him without stopping. Everett Police are investigating.
