2 Adults, 2 Kids Struck When Car Jumps Curb Onto Sidewalk in North Everett
Police are looking into whether alcohol or drugs were a factor in the crash
Everett Police are investigating whether drugs or alcohol were involved after a car driven by a 31 year old woman jumped a curb and went onto the sidewalk striking two men and two kids near the intersection of Broadway and Everett near the downtown Everett QFC. Everett Police Spokesman Aaron Snell tells My Everett News that one man suffered two broken legs, the other man is believed to have a broken ankle and the 2 kids suffered bumps and bruises. All four were taken to Providence Regional Medical Center with what Snell says are non life-threatening injuries. The accident occurred around 4:30pm. Traffic on Broadway thru downtown Everett was affected for about an hour and a half as detectives processed the scene. The roadway is again open. No word yet on what charges the woman may face.
