Transformer Control Box Destroyed But No Injuries After Everett Driving Lesson Goes Bad
The good news is there are were no injuries after a car took out a transformer control box near the 10th Street Marina this morning. The bad news, the driving lessons suffered a setback. Everett police on the scene said a woman was taking a driving lesson from her husband when she accidentally hit a transformer platform at the entrance to 10th street boat launch. PUD crews were called to cut off the power to the transformer and a tow truck removed the car. No word on when or where the next lesson will be.
