7:00am – 10:30am Everett Elks Memorial Day Breakfast – 2802 Hoyt Avenue in downtown Everett
11:00am – Annual Snohomish County Central Memorial Committee Memorial Day Service at Evergreen Cemetery honoring Henry “Scoop” Jackson – 4504 Broadway Everett
10:00am – 5:00pm Veterans receive free admission to Tankfest Northwest at Paul Allen’s Flying Heritage Collection at Everett’s Paine Field. The event features restored tanks, military vehicles and artillery weapons and includes driving and firing demonstrations, a Puget Sound Military Vehicle Collectors Club parade and NORDPAC RC tank battles, demonstrations and team competitions.
Not an official remembrance, but an annual event every Memorial Day in Downtown Everett, the 13th Annual Cruzin’ to Colby Show ‘N Shine will take place on Hewitt, Colby, Wall, California and Wetmore streets in the heart of downtown from 8:00am – 3:00pm. It’s presented by the Seattle Rod-Tiques car club.
