In a “Letter to The Editor” in today’s Herald newspaper, the family of Josh Divers is thanking his co-workers, fire department personnel and medical teams who worked to free the 30-year-old after he was trapped under the wheels of a 787 moving along the flight line on February 3rd.
On February 10th, The Seattle Times reported the worker who had been trapped under the plane had both of his legs amputated below the knee.
The Boeing Company has not yet publicly identified the cause of the accident.
