He told me that while early this afternoon they had 3500 people without power across Snohomish County, that number has doubled to 7000 as of 4:30. Washington State Patrol is reporting two women from Mountlake Terrace suffered relatively minor injuries after a car ends up under a semi on southbound I-5 at 75th street. Traffic will be impacted on the right lane for at least an hour. Thanks to Trooper Keith Leary for the photos.
