Seattle Woman Identified as Victim of Car-Pedestrian Accident

The Snohomish County Medical Examiner’s office has identified the victim of yesterday’s car-pedestrian accident as 62-year-old Lois A Roylance of Seattle. According to Everett Police, Roylance was crossing 19th Ave. SE when she was struck by a northbound vehicle. Everett Police say she was not in a cross walk. The driver of the vehicle that hit her has been cooperating with investigators and Everett Police say it does not appear that drugs or alcohol were involved.
