Popular Everett Bakery and Deli Closes for “Financial Restructuring”

Sad to see that PAVE’ has closed its doors. Located at 2326 Colby, PAVE’ has been a lunchtime fixture in downtown Everett since 1992. Owned and operated by Lil Miller the popular Cafe also did a lot of catering for downtown Everett business owners and events. According to their website, Miller was named one of the top chefs in Los Angeles back in 1988. Attempts to reach Lil for comment have been unsuccessful. Hopefully she can restructure and come back.
