USS Abraham Lincoln Leaving Everett Wednesday at 10am, not Thursday
After 15 years, the Lincoln leaves Everett for good this Wednesday at 10am
Just got word from Naval Station Everett that due to scheduling conflicts the USS Abraham Lincoln will be departing on Wednesday morning, not
Thursday as previously planned.
The Lincoln will head out on a six month deployment and then move to Newport News, VA for refueling before being re-assigned. The USS Nimitz will be coming over from Bremerton shortly after the first of the year to replace the Lincoln at Naval Station Everett.
