Shortly after 6:30 this morning, Everett Police received reports of gunfire and vehicles racing near Merrill Creek Parkway in South Everett. As officers were headed to the area a patrol officer spotted a white SUV with a shattered window driving on 4th Avenue West. That car was stopped and police are now talking with the driver to determine if it may or may not have been involved. An Everett Police Sergeant at that location told me it was too early to know exactly what may have happened. There are no reports of injuries.
