From a video link at the Snohomish County Jail, David Joseph Pedersen and Holly Ann Grigsby each entered pleas of not guilty to two counts of aggravated first degree murder this afternoon. Snohomish County Superior Court Judge Larry E. McKeeman ordered both held without bail. He set an initial trial date for December 2nd and a date of November 14th for Snohomish County Prosecutor Mark Roe to decide whether or not to seek the death penalty against the couple. Family members of the victims, David “Red” Pedersen and Leslie “Dee Dee” Pedersen, packed two rows of the courtroom during the brief bail hearing.
