Everett Silvertips Notch 1st Win of Year, Go For Two-In-A-Row Tonight

The ‘Tips maintained the lead for most of the night as Ryan Harrison had a goal, an assist and a fight to lead the way offensively. Jesse Mychan notched his first WHL goal, Cody Fowlie and Brennan Yadlowski each scored for the first time this year and Kohl Bauml chipped in a pair of assists. Kent Simpson stopped 40 of 42 shots in goal for Everett on his way to first star honors as Portland finished with a 42-31 shot advantage.
