Historic WWII Bombers at Everett’s Paine Field This Week Offering Tours and Flights

Paul Allen’s Flying Heritage Collection at Everett’s Paine Field will be welcoming two World War II Bombers tomorrow. A B-17 Flying Fortress dubbed “Sentimental Journey” and a B-25 Mitchell named “Maid in the Shade” are scheduled to arrive at 12 Noon. They’ll be on display at the Flying Heritage Collection thru next Sunday, flying out on Monday morning, August 22nd. Both planes will be available for ground tours as well as flights. (there is a charge for both) The planes belong to the Arizona Wing of the Commemorative Air Force and are touring around the country this summer.
