Neighbors in Everett’s Delta Neighborhood got a rude surprise this morning as they awoke to find vandals had sprayed more than a dozen vehicles with white paint. Terri Amburgy, a Delta Neighborhood Advocate, was going thru the neighborhood this morning handing out cleaning products to neighbors who had been hit. As of this writing police were still taking reports from victims in more than a six block area of northeast Everett. UPDATE: Everett Police have made at least one arrest in the case late Friday afternoon.
