I-5 Accident at 128th 6:10pm Update – 3 mile back up both directions – confirmed fatality

There is about a three-mile back up in both directions of I-5 just south of 128th street. The accident scene is at southbound I-5 just south of 128th and traffic leaving Everett Southbound is backed up to the Boeing Freeway. If you’re going south out of Everett I’d take Everett Mall way to Evergreen or Bothell Everett Highway. Northbound I-5 Traffic is backed up to 405. The HOV lane is closed. Those heading to the KISS concert in Everett may want to take Mukilteo Speedway to Highway 99 and Evergreen Way north into Everett and back on I-5 at Everett Mall.[ad#Google Adsense]
