Got the following Press Release from Everett Police today…
All three incidents have similar MO’s. The suspect enters the espresso stand through the unlocked door and indicates to the barista that she is being robbed and demands cash. In one of the robberies the suspect threatens to stab the victim however there were no weapons seen in any of the robberies. In each of the robberies the suspect attempts to force the victim to give her the keys to their car. In only one instance was she successful. That car was recovered two weeks later in Snohomish.
1st Robbery May 16th at about 12:43 p.m. 4100 block of Hoyt Avenue
2nd Robbery May 26th at about 5:49 p.m. 2800 block W. Marine View Drive
3rd robbery June 5th at about 8:09 a.m. 2000 block of Broadway Avenue
The first robbery occurred on May 16th, 2011 at about 12:43 p.m. in the 4100 block of Hoyt Avenue. The second occurred on May 26th, 2011 at about 5:49p.m. in the 2800 block of W. Marine View Drive, with the third robbery occurring on June 5, 2011, at about 8:09 a.m. in the 2000 block of Broadway Avenue.
There is no video available in any of these incidents.
