Everett Police say one man is dead, one is in custody and a homeowner is answering questions following a shooting at a house in the 2400 block of 75th Street. Around 2am police received a call of a shirtless man running down the street waving a gun. They contacted the man who was bloody and injured. He was taken to the hospital. Meanwhile the homeowner called police about a shooting victim in his garage. Police found a man in his 30s, dead in that garage. Investigators are now trying to piece together the relationship between the man in custody, the homeowner and the deceased. This same home was the scene of a shooting back on July 28th of 2008. Cory Hamilton was shot multiple times and died in the driveway of the home. James Prizmich pleaded guilty to that shooting.[ad#Google Adsense]
