Everett School District gets 8th Clean Audit in a Row

8 years of "no findings" by State Auditor

According to a Press Release issued by the Everett School District the State of Washington and Federal Government have given the district a clean bill of health for the 8th straight year. The District has not been without public controversy over a number of topics ranging from the censure of board member Jessica Olson to complaints the board was going to buy the Frontier Communications building on 41st street to house the administration offices and a new branch campus of WSU in Everett. So while there often seems to be some drama with the Everett School District and board, they seem to be taking care with the money as far as the State of Washington is concerned.
