Plane makes belly landing after landing gear problem

Both pilots were okay after this Cessna 177RG made a belly landing today at Paine Field

Both people aboard a Cessna 177RG walked away okay after their plane had to make a belly landing at Everett’s Paine Field around 12:30 this afternoon. The plane’s pilot notified the tower that he had landing gear problems and crews from the Paine Field and Everett Fire Departments stood by as the plane made a belly landing. The Cessna is listed for sale by Regal Air at Paine Field for $55,000.00. You may be able to make a better offer now as its become a fixer-upper. Again no one was hurt. The main runway at Paine Field will be closed for a while as investigators determine what happened with the landing gear.
