Jetty Island and Everett Marina clean up Saturday at 9:00am
The Port of Everett, Puget Soundkeeper Alliance, Everett Yacht Club, City of Everett Parks Department and People for Puget Sound are holding a clean up event for Everett’s Marina and Jetty Island. There will be free transportation to Jetty Island plus a BBQ and prizes. Registration begins at 9am at the Waterfront Center with the clean up beginning at 9:30am and the BBQ set for Noon.
There will also be a special event Friday afternoon and evening as People for Puget Sound celebrate their 20th anniversary with a party at the Everett Port Administration Building from 5:00 – 6:30pm and a “Pier Peer” dockside event starting at 8:00pm. You can also see the 133 foot, historic schooner, Adventuress.
