Today, Skotdal Real Estate announced Phase 2 of their Library Place Apartment project at Hoyt and California streets is underway. Phase 1 is fully rented and Skotdal Real Estate President Craig Skotdal cited patience, an improved economy and the city of Everett’s plans for an artist district on Hoyt between Everett and Pacific Avenues as reasons to move forward. Lease Terms:Library Place offers 12 month apartment leases.
Deposits and Fees:Application Fee: $35 per applicant (for credit check)
Security Deposit – $400 refundable
Cleaning Fee – $300 non-refundable
Garage Parking – $60 per permit
Parking:With 227 garage parking stalls, you’ll never be at a loss for a parking spot. Parking is $60 per month per vehicle. Electric cars can be accommodated too!
Phase 2 of Library Place joins Portola Village Everett at the corner of Pacific and Rucker and Artspace Everett Lofts at 2917 Hoyt as the latest apartment developments to bring residents, not just visitors, to downtown Everett.
