Everett Bicycle Master Plan Cost…$38 Million Dollars, Current Cash Available…$250 Thousand

If you sit down to build your dream house, you first write down all of the things you’d like in it. Every little detail that would make it the perfect place. Then you total that up. Next, you go back and look at how much money you actually have to spend and then you start cutting out or putting off things that don’t fit in the budget.
