Everett Police have put their police blotter on their Facebook page
Everett Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying three people involved in seriously injuring a man after he approached them for money at a gas station at 41st and Rucker late last month. Everett Police Spokesman Aaron Snell provided the following details in a news release…
On June 24th, 2012 just after 7:00 p.m. the Everett Police Department responded to a gas station at 4101 Rucker Ave on the report of a male being assaulted. Upon arrival, officers found a 25-year-old Everett man bleeding from the head.
The incident started when the victim followed a tan Chevy Tahoe to the gas pumps and asked the occupants for money. Two males and one female got out of the vehicle and advanced towards the victim. As the victim backed away from the group, the male suspect pulled out a crowbar and stuck the victim in the head. The group retreated to the Tahoe while the victim verbally challenged them. The female suspect turned back and punched the victim in the face before getting into the Tahoe and leaving.
The victim was transported to a local hospital and needed numerous stitches.
The male suspect is described as Hispanic and of average size.
The female suspect is described as Hispanic, about 5’6” tall with a stocky build and long black hair. At the time of the incident she wore a white shirt and pants with black shoes.
The Chevy Tahoe is an early 2000’s model, tan with custom wheels.
Video surveillance captured parts of the event and has been provided to detectives.
