The cause of the fire is under investigation.

It was quite a start to a Thursday as Everett Fire crews responded to three separate fire calls all within about 20 minutes of each other near midnight.

The first was a report of a commercial fire at 17th and Broadway that was downgraded to a large bush and tree on fire next to a house.

While crews were dealing with that, another call came in for a fully involved motor home fire at Chestnut and Pacific street just east of I-5.

As two engines were working that fire a brush fire was reported along Interstate 5 underneath the 75th street overpass.

At one point five different fire companies were working on three different fires all around midnight. In each case the fires were quickly brought under control.

The fire on Broadway and the one on I-5 involved brush and there was no major damage. The motor home however was completely destroyed. A fire investigator was called out to investigate the cause of the three fires.
