PUD To Hold Special Meeting On Billing Concerns

The Snohomish PUD Board of Commissioners has scheduled a special night meeting to address growing concerns by customers over monthly billing.

MyEverettNews.com has heard from dozens of people upset over their monthly bills being double, triple or more from one month to the next.

At its most recent meeting PUD commissioners were asked by KIRO TV personality and PUD customer Jessie Jones to hold a meeting at night so more people can attend.

That has been arranged and the meeting is set for 6:00 PM on Tuesday February 16th at the PUD Headquarters in Everett at 2320 California street.

The PUD has also produced a video about monthly billing and an entire webpage devoted to the issue.
