Mountain Pacific Bank announced today that April Hogan has joined the company as Senior Vice President, Retail Banking Manager. Ms. Hogan will be responsible for all aspects of the sales, service, marketing, and operation of the bank retail channels.
Mountain Pacific Bank President and CEO Mark Duffy commented, “I’m thrilled to have someone with April’s depth of experience and range of skills join us. Her understanding and connections within our market and proven ability to grow and develop business relationships, adds a new dimension to our management team that will be important for our next phase of growth.”
Ms. Hogan began her banking career in 1994 with City Bank, where she successfully held numerous positions of increasing responsibility and oversight. Ms. Hogan continued her banking career with Whidbey Island Bank and most recently Heritage Bank, where she was named 2014 Community Banker of the Year.
Ms. Hogan is a graduate of the Snohomish County Leadership program and is currently attending the Pacific Coast Banking School. Ms. Hogan is very actively involved in the community, as she currently serves on the Boards of multiple organizations, which include but not limited to the Edmonds Community College Foundation, Edmonds Public School Foundation, Work Opportunities, and Leadership Snohomish County.

Mountain Pacific Bank also announced today that Robert Fadden has joined the company as Senior Vice President and Commercial Loan Officer. Mr. Fadden will be located in Lynnwood and will be responsible for commercial lending activities in South Snohomish and North King Counties.
Mountain Pacific Bank President and CEO Mark Duffy commented, “I’m really pleased to have someone with Robert’s depth of experience and range of skills join us. His thirty years of banking experience in the South Snohomish County and North King County market makes him uniquely qualified for our Lynnwood office.”
Mr. Fadden began his banking career at CityBank of Lynnwood in 1986. Most recently he was with Heritage Bank in their Everett Commercial Loan Center.
Mr. Fadden is a graduate of the University of Washington and Seattle University’s MBA program. He is an active member of the Lynnwood Rotary and is on the Board of Work Opportunities in Lynnwood.
