Where boat businesses have failed there is hope a storage business can succeed.
It looks like plans are underway to turn the old Olympic Boat Center/Breakwater Marine site on Broadway just north of the Boeing Freeway into a storage facility. According to plans filed with the City of Everett, the owners want to demolish the existing building and construct a 48,000 square foot storage building. The business would be called Everett Public Storage. It appears so far that plans are in the early permit stage.
