The Everett Aquasox are holding their annual family festival this weekend.

One of our sponsors, McClain Insurance, passed along this update on the big Aqusasox Family Festival Saturday and Sunday. If you’ve got kids or grandkids this should be a great event and it looks like the weather will cooperate.

For the third year, the AquaSox are hosting their popular Family Festival at Memorial Stadium on Saturday and Sunday, July 26 – 27. Visit dozens of local vendors’ booths, participate in family fun activities, and sign up for prizes and raffles!

McClain Insurance Services is a proud signature sponsor of the AquaSox Family Fest.

“We had a lot of fun at last year’s Family Festival, and I’m thrilled that the AquaSox are providing this opportunity to bring families together. I have fond memories of summer nights spent at the ballpark with my own family and friends, back when the AquaSox were still known as the Everett Giants. It brings me joy that we are able to help others make similar memories in this way,” says Claudia McClain, the owner of McClain Insurance Services.

On Sunday, the PEMCO WALLY van will provide free souvenir photo lanyards commemorating their trip to the ballpark.

Gates open at 5:30pm on Saturday and 3:00pm on Sunday. After enjoying the festival, end the day with a ballgame against the Boise Hawks (Saturday, 7:05pm) or the Tri-City Dust Devils (Sunday, 4:05pm).

While you’re at the game and munching peanuts, be sure to pick up one of the McClain-sponsored peanut shell collection bags. Cracking peanut shells into a bag not only keeps the ballpark cleaner, but it also helps the growing number of fans with peanut allergies by keeping shells and dust a little more contained.
