3 Injured in Crash at 40th and Broadway in Everett Tuesday Night
An Everett firefighter uses the “Jaws of Life” to remove a door from one of the cars in order to remove the driver.
According to initial reports from officers on the scene, a 3 vehicle crash at 40th and Broadway Tuesday evening sent 3 men to the hospital. It did not appear, from the initial observation, that the injuries were life threatening. The northbound off-ramp from I-5 to Broadway at 41st was shut down for about an 45 minutes while medics treated the injured and officers investigated. The Everett Fire Department did have to use the “Jaws of Life” to remove a door to free one of the drivers. The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
