Everett SNOPAC 911 Call Takers and Dispatchers Fundraising For Oso Slide Relief

You can drop donations off Saturday from 10am – 2pm across from Everett Mall

Before 1st responders arrived at the scene of the Oso Mudslide, the first people to talk to those affected were the men and women of SNOPAC 911 in Everett. Call takers, dispatchers and supervisors all sorted thru information as it came in and coordinated the initial response of the 1st responders and support staff that followed. Now these same people who took those first calls are holding a fund-raising event to try to provide even more support to those affected. Here’s a great opportunity for people in Everett to provide support for the Oso slide victims while saying thank you to the people who took those first heart-wrenching, emotional phone calls…

SNOPAC 911 is holding a community fund-raising event to support those affected by the Oso mudslide. Many in our community have been impacted directly and indirectly by the slide which have isolated part of our community. With the closure of State Route 530 for the foreseeable future we are focused on trying to help those impacted.
In partnership with the American Red Cross, SNOPAC is collecting cash donations and gas cards to support those impacted by the mudslide.

When: Saturday, March 29th from 10AM to 2PM.

Where: 1121 SE Everett Mall Way, directly across from the Everett Mall at the Everett Police Department South Precinct.

All proceeds and gas cards will be given to the American Red Cross.

If you are unable to make it to Everett Police South Precinct on Saturday, SNOPAC 9-1-1 will continue to collect gas cards for the next two weeks, until April 4th. You may stop by SNOPAC anytime Monday through Friday, 7:00 am – 4:00 pm. Our office at also at 1121 SE Everett Mall Way, follow the signs on the west side.
