The daughter was transported to Providence Medical Center – Colby Campus in Everett but was moved to Seattle Children’s Hospital and was listed in serious condition.

During the investigation, the father told detectives his daughter was injured when she pushed herself up into his chin. He later admitted to vigorously shaking his daughter when she was fussy and wouldn’t stop crying.
