PUD looking into cause of Everett power outage

The Snohomish PUD is still trying to figure out how a circuit opened leaving most of the downtown Everett without power Saturday morning. PUD Spokesman Bob Bolerjack says power went out about 10:15am and was restored at 10:47am. He said PUD crews found no quick explanation for the cause of the power outage but were continuing to troubleshoot the problem.

  1. Eleanore Says:

I wondered what was up. I thought maybe a transformer blew.
The PUD emergency phone line said they were aware of the problem, so that made it better and we weren’t without power for too long.
