The Historic Flight Foundation is hosting its 5th Annual Vintage Aircraft Weekend Friday and Saturday. The fun starts Friday as throughout the day, historic aircraft from around the country will arrive at Paine Field. Friday night there is a special event at 6 p.m. 250 lucky patrons will attend a “Big Band Dinner Dance” featuring the fifteen-piece, tuxedo-clad “Kings of Swing.” Group swing-dance lessons by guest professionals will also be offered. Period attire is encouraged.

The main event begins Saturday morning at 9 a.m. Vintage Aircraft Weekend features what is billed as a first-class Speakers Bureau, live music, two flying sessions of vintage aircraft, vintage automobiles and military vehicles, fine food, vintage bicycles, vintage clothing and uniforms, and a host of opportunities for kids and parents to interact with displays and vendors. The final flight will conclude at 5 p.m.
