Man Goes Door to Door for Help After Being Shot in Everett Home Invasion

Everett Police are investigating a home invasion robbery that happened Sunday morning in the 2500 Block of Walnut street in north Everett. Everett police spokesman Aaron Snell confirmed that after the shooting the victim went door to door, bleeding from a gunshot to the upper torso, seeking help. A neighbor in the 2500 block of Maple spoke with the man and called 9-1-1. The victim was transported to an Everett hospital and detectives from the Major Crimes unit are processing the scene where the shooting occurred as well as the area of the neighborhood where the victim sought help. Snell says there were four people in the home when two men burst in shortly after 7am. The two suspects are still at large and detectives are trying to locate and talk with the four people who were in the house at the time of the shooting.
